Eight Runtime Configurations, One Huawei: We Made Completion Prove Itself

We did not want eight green tool receipts. We wanted the same real phone workflow to survive the complete stack and prove the resulting state on the physical device before the Controller was allowed to say Complete.

We ran the same bounded physical-device workflow through eight retained local runtime configurations on a Huawei endpoint.

All eight completed the defined workflow.

Why this test mattered

Changing the model runtime should not change the product's safety or evidence expectations. Running several configurations against the same real workflow helped us test that separation.

Physical evidence changes the quality of the claim

The test used real Android hardware and independently checked the important resulting state before accepting the run as complete.

The boundary

Eight out of eight means eight tested configurations on this workflow and device. It is not a universal model, Android or task reliability claim. The internal coordination and trust mechanism remains private.
